13. 14. If the Buyer requires special packaging in relation to the Item it need to be consented to in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the exact same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Cost. It is normal procedure to bolt racking structures to the flooring, and unless otherwise, our quote makes allowance for this. Nevertheless, if the floor slab is strengthened with grid steel mesh or comparable materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface area, unique drilling devices will be required and any extra costs sustained will be to the buyer's account.
Unless specified in writing our quote assumes a reasonable condition of flatness of flooring. Flatness tolerances need to be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Extra costs incurred in making up for a defective or uneven flooring will be to the purchaser's account. 19. We schedule the right to appoint or subcontract out the entire or any part of this contract at our discretion.
Whenevers priced estimate for our conclusion or shipment are efficient from the date of invoice by us of a composed order to continue, together with all information and details we require to proceed with the manufacture without disruption or hold-up. All such times are to be treated as price quotes only and we will not be liable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise concurred in composing.
21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep shipment of any additional Product to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving agreements in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
